💰 €50,000 - €73,000 per year

About the role

  • Own the complete development, roll-out, and enhancement of automations, agents, or interfaces that supercharge our daily business.
  • Optimize & scale processes using innovative tools such as Make, Retool, Airtable, Decagon, RelevanceAI, Cursor, Claude Code, and many more.
  • Work closely with your key stakeholders to identify new innovative automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
  • You prioritize based on data & user feedback and conceptualize lean, pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve the problem identified.
  • Develop and launch AI-driven workflows & agentic solutions to redefine process automation. Stay ahead of automation trends and proactively implement useful innovations.

Requirements

  • Graduated with at least a Bachelor's degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university.
  • Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
  • Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches and AI.
  • Willing to take ownership, ability to move fast in ambiguous cross-functional environments, & committed to continuous learning
  • Strong analytical data-driven thinking with a pragmatic, impact-first but detail oriented approach.
  • Passion for automation, operations, and building scalable, efficient processes.
  • Experience in deploying Low-Code, AI or other tech solutions with real impact is a plus.
  • Empathy for cars & automotive is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.
  • Available starting as soon as possible.
