About the role
- As an (Associate) Verification & Fraud Prevention Specialist, you actively support ensuring the safety and integrity of our vehicle fleet.
- You review customer-submitted documents as part of the booking and verification process, identify inconsistencies, security risks, and potential fraud attempts, and initiate appropriate countermeasures.
- In close collaboration with the Security team, Operations, and other internal departments at FINN, you play a key role in minimizing risks, optimizing processes, and preventing fraud at an early stage.
Requirements
- You work analytically, carefully, and with a strong attention to detail.
- You approach problems proactively and independently implement solutions in a focused manner.
- You enjoy identifying new challenges, taking on responsibility, and thinking beyond your own area of work.
- You have excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2) to collaborate in an international environment.
- You work in a structured, responsible, and independent way and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
