About the role
- FINN is an independent platform for car subscriptions from over 30 brands, handling insurance, financing, registration, taxes and maintenance.
- FINN funds climate action by supporting certified climate protection projects and offsets vehicle carbon footprints.
- As Business Automation & AI Manager (BAAM), operate at the intersection of business and technology to optimize and automate mission-critical processes.
- Design lean, scalable solutions using state-of-the-art automation & AI tools, improving operational efficiency and scalability to support growth ambitions.
- Join a motivated BAAM team to develop automations, agents, and interfaces using No-Code/Low-Code tools and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches and AI.
- Strong bias for action, ability to move fast in ambiguous environments and no fear of failure.
- You don’t wait for instructions - you figure things out and own the solution.
- Strong data-driven thinking with a pragmatic, impact-first approach.
- Passion for automation, operations, and building scalable, efficient processes.
- Experience in deploying Low-Code, AI or other tech solutions with real impact is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Available starting November or December 2025.
