About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identifying potential insurance broker partners for Finlex, analyzing their potential and engaging them in a targeted manner — by phone, digitally or in person
  • Guiding new partner brokers through the entire onboarding process
  • Advising and presenting the specialized range of services and support
  • Maintaining regular communication with partner brokers
  • Identifying growth opportunities and initiating sales activities
  • Preparing sales-relevant data and analyzing leads
  • Collecting and analyzing market and partner feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, financial services, insurance or a comparable field
  • Initial experience in sales, consulting or customer management — ideally in a B2B, insurance or financial environment — is an advantage but not required
  • Strong customer and service orientation and confident communication skills
  • Enjoyment of advising, selling and building long-term business relationships
  • Structured, independent way of working with clear priority management
  • High willingness to learn and genuine interest in complex insurance topics
  • Willingness to travel
