About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identifying potential insurance broker partners for Finlex, analyzing their potential and engaging them in a targeted manner — by phone, digitally or in person
- Guiding new partner brokers through the entire onboarding process
- Advising and presenting the specialized range of services and support
- Maintaining regular communication with partner brokers
- Identifying growth opportunities and initiating sales activities
- Preparing sales-relevant data and analyzing leads
- Collecting and analyzing market and partner feedback
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, financial services, insurance or a comparable field
- Initial experience in sales, consulting or customer management — ideally in a B2B, insurance or financial environment — is an advantage but not required
- Strong customer and service orientation and confident communication skills
- Enjoyment of advising, selling and building long-term business relationships
- Structured, independent way of working with clear priority management
- High willingness to learn and genuine interest in complex insurance topics
- Willingness to travel
