About the role

  • Serve as the technical point of contact for enterprise customers, providing guidance on deployment, integration, and optimization
  • Lead technical onboarding for new strategic customers, ensuring smooth setup tailored to requirements
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise clients
  • Advocate for customers internally, capturing feedback and shaping product direction with product and engineering teams
  • Drive product adoption and align Fingerprint roadmap with customer priorities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders within enterprise accounts
  • Monitor and analyze customer health metrics and usage data; create reports highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer success, professional services, or solutions engineering role, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment with a focus on large accounts
  • Remote, Pacific Time Zone; preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area
  • Strong hands-on JavaScript experience in a professional environment, especially in debugging or building integrations
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and other web services
  • Strong SQL skills; PostgreSQL experience preferred
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern API architectures
  • Experience with at least one supported SDK language (Go, Node.js, Python, PHP, C#, Java) preferred
  • Bonus: experience deploying serverless functions or working with Cloudflare Workers or AWS Lambda
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated customer focus and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
