Business Development Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business across major QSR brands, owning the full sales cycle from cold outreach through to signed deal
- Identify, engage and close opportunities across major brands
- Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise opportunities
- Proactively prospect and engage new customers
- Engage senior stakeholders across operations, IT and marketing
- Run tailored demos and solution-based sales conversations
- Navigate complex procurement and decision-making processes
- Close new business and contribute to recurring revenue (ARR) growth
- Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy and delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years B2B sales experience, ideally within QSR, retail or FMCG
- Experience selling technology or solution-based offerings
- Strong understanding of multi-site or high-volume retail environments
- Confidence engaging and influencing senior decision-makers
- Proven ability to manage a travel-heavy role while maintaining performance
- A self-directed, organised approach with strong commercial awareness
