About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading logistics operations across the Nordic cluster
Ensuring excellent customer service while balancing cost, efficiency and operational performance
Overseeing relationships with third-party logistics providers, warehouses, transport partners and other external service suppliers
Monitoring performance, ensuring contractual compliance and continuously driving improvements in service, cost and operational excellence
Working closely with Supply Chain, Market and Commercial teams to implement logistics strategies and deliver strategic projects
Leading change initiatives, supporting process standardisation and ensuring operational activities are executed consistently across the cluster
Leading and developing talent within the logistics function by coaching and supporting your team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in a logistics leadership role
Experience managing complex third-party logistics providers and supplier contracts
Proven track record of driving strategic change and operational improvements
Strong leadership skills and experience leading teams in a matrix organisation
Experience working across multiple sites, functions or markets
Skilled at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation and warehousing
Commercially minded and experienced in balancing service, cost and operational performance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Speak and write English fluently; proficiency in Swedish is considered an advantage.
