About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with leaders across the Nordics to attract, develop and engage talent
  • Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across the Nordic region
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strengthen candidate experience
  • Coordinate and support key talent and engagement initiatives
  • Help deliver people strategy and contribute to a high-performing culture
  • Lead employer branding initiatives in partnership with the Nordic Media team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a degree in HR, Business or a related field
  • Have 3+ years of experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management or a broad HR role
  • Have solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering with hiring managers
  • Have experience supporting employee engagement, talent or performance management initiatives
  • Are confident working with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation
  • Have experience from a matrix and preferably international environment
  • Are comfortable facilitating workshops, presentations and training sessions
  • Have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Have strong analytical skills and use data to support decision-making
  • Have a commercial mindset and understand how people initiatives drive business performance
  • Speak and write English fluently; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage but not required.
