Account Manager

• Identify business opportunities for FindMe;
• Monitor sales activities and forecasts in the CRM;
• Build relationships and develop new business;
• Deliver commercial presentations applying sales techniques such as SPIN Selling and BANT;
• Conduct commercial presentations including demonstrations of FindMe and Hub products;
• Prepare and present commercial proposals;
• Manage the client portfolio;
• Develop expansion projects together with Customer Success and Business Development;
• Develop pilot projects (POC) for FindMe and Hub products;
• Create strategies to drive sales growth;
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
• Analyze portfolio KPIs and create reports;
• Attend corporate events to network;
• Know the FindMe and Hub products;
• Provide technical support to the sales team;
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and propose them to leadership.
