About the role
- Support the Sales and Presales teams with technical questions and the analysis of customer requirements
- Build, maintain and expand the internal and external knowledge base and Help Center
- Create and update documentation, FAQs, how-tos and troubleshooting guides
- Provide technical advice and interact directly with customers (email, chat, calls) during presales and support processes
- Work closely with product, engineering and customer success teams to relay customer feedback
- Contribute to the optimization of presales, support and documentation processes
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a university, ideally at master’s level
- Your studies are preferably in a technical field, e.g. mechanical engineering
- You have gained initial practical experience (internships or working-student roles) in a technical environment or in sales
- You have a strong passion for digital solutions and enjoy working with international contacts
- You are interested in the field of service for industrial machinery and equipment
- You have very good English skills; German skills are a plus
- You work in a structured, independent and proactive way and demonstrate strong initiative
