About the role
- Qualify leads: assess, prioritize and follow up on inbound and outbound inquiries.
- Handle initial outreach: contact potential customers via email, phone or LinkedIn to generate interest.
- Identify prospective customers: source leads via LinkedIn, trade shows, events, databases and the CRM.
- Conduct targeted research: analyze companies, decision-makers and pain points, and document findings clearly.
- Maintain the CRM: keep data up to date, track activities and ensure a clean pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales: align on campaigns, provide feedback and share insights.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in a master’s program.
- Your field of study is ideally technical, e.g. mechanical engineering.
- You have some practical experience (internships or a working-student role) in a technical environment or in sales.
- You have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working with international stakeholders.
- You are interested in industrial machinery and equipment service topics.
- You have very good English skills; German is a plus.
- You work in a structured, independent and proactive way and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
