About the role

  • Qualify leads: assess, prioritize and follow up on inbound and outbound inquiries.
  • Handle initial outreach: contact potential customers via email, phone or LinkedIn to generate interest.
  • Identify prospective customers: source leads via LinkedIn, trade shows, events, databases and the CRM.
  • Conduct targeted research: analyze companies, decision-makers and pain points, and document findings clearly.
  • Maintain the CRM: keep data up to date, track activities and ensure a clean pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales: align on campaigns, provide feedback and share insights.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled at a university, preferably in a master’s program.
  • Your field of study is ideally technical, e.g. mechanical engineering.
  • You have some practical experience (internships or a working-student role) in a technical environment or in sales.
  • You have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working with international stakeholders.
  • You are interested in industrial machinery and equipment service topics.
  • You have very good English skills; German is a plus.
  • You work in a structured, independent and proactive way and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
