About the role

  • Building and growing long-term relationships with key customers in North America and guiding them through the entire strategic and operational customer lifecycle.
  • Conducting discovery sessions to understand customer structures, goals, workflows and challenges.
  • Presenting our solution in meetings, workshops and executive sessions and guiding customers toward realizing the full value of FINDIQ.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within key accounts and developing concrete actions together with customer stakeholders to strengthen and expand the partnership.
  • Ensuring the successful introduction of our solution on the customer side and coordinating internal and external teams involved in the process.
  • Following market developments closely in order to identify upcoming challenges early and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner with the right solutions.
  • Contributing to the continuous development of our customer strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Requirements

  • A background in account management in a technical environment.
  • Experience working with industrial machinery, equipment or related industries is a big plus.
  • Strong ability to communicate value clearly and manage strategic customer relationships.
  • Experience with or enthusiasm for working in a tech startup.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, workshops and industry events.
  • Excellent English skills.
