About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategic partner relationships across China
  • Cross-border payment enablement (collections, payouts, FX); supporting onboarding, product adoption, and expansion
  • Manage escalations and provide structured updates
  • Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Engineering teams
  • Partner growth, retention, and expansion
  • On-ground representation of Fincra at meetings and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native or fluent Mandarin
  • Professional-level English (spoken, written, business communication)
  • 3+ years in B2B account management, fintech, payments, or banking
  • Ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts clearly
  • High ownership, structured thinking and cross-cultural intelligence
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to analyze data, uncover actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
