- Design end-to-end flows and experiences across HQ, Kele, and core product tools.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, DevRel, and Engineering on new Fincra.com.
- Own UX improvements for internal dashboards and requests.
- Ensure pixel-perfect handoff and design consistency across outputs.
- Participate in rituals, critiques, and standups across squads.
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and design systems
- Solid understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
- Experience designing for web, internal tools, and multi-user platforms
- Bonus: Familiarity with motion, or basic HTML/CSS
