DevOps Engineer

• Design, implement, and maintain Linux-based infrastructure (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL or similar)
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Automate infrastructure using Ansible, Terraform, Puppet , or similar tools
• Work with containers and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes
• Monitor systems using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar observability stacks and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with software engineers to optimise deployments and runtimes
• Participate in agile ceremonies, task estimation, and daily stand-ups

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and product teams to ensure high-quality, reliable, and accessible data.
• Implement best practices for data quality, testing, version control, and monitoring.
• Contribute to the architectural design of our data platform to ensure scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in production environments.

• Own, prioritize, and manage the RGS product backlog to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business and customer needs.
• Collaborate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, feedback, and market insights to inform product direction.
• Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, support sprint planning, and help the team define technical solutions while challenging assumptions when necessary.
