Sales Operations Manager

• CRM ownership: You’ll take ownership of our HubSpot CRM, including continuous optimization through automations, improved data quality, and tailored system configuration in close cooperation with Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering.
• Process optimization: Together with the team you will design, document, and continuously improve sales and partner management processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
• Automation & tools: You identify recurring tasks immediately and automate them using tools such as Zapier, Heyflow, or FastBill to make workflows smarter.
• Tool landscape: You maintain oversight of our tool stack, evaluate existing systems, and ensure everything is seamlessly integrated and aligned with our business requirements.
• CRM support and point of contact: As the first point of contact for CRM-related matters, you support the sales and partner teams in daily operations and help resolve technical or process-related obstacles quickly.
• Translating complex business requirements: You translate complex business requirements into clear workflows, automations, and CRM structures.
• Reporting & insights: By creating reports and dashboards, you support data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with other teams to design and successfully implement new sales processes, funnels, and lead-routing systems.
