About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own major features end-to-end, from architecture decisions through production release.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years building reliable, secure software in production.
- Full-stack experience – comfortable across the frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrably fast at picking up new stacks.
- A track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
- Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs (Nice-to-Haves).
- Prior work at an early-stage startup where you helped set engineering standards (Nice-to-Haves).
- Familiarity with legal tech, document processing, or data-heavy workflows (Nice-to-Haves).
