Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years building reliable, secure software in production.
Full-stack experience – comfortable across the frontend and backend.
Proficiency in Python and React, or demonstrably fast at picking up new stacks.
A track record of writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
Experience with Django, AWS, or OpenAI APIs (Nice-to-Haves).
Prior work at an early-stage startup where you helped set engineering standards (Nice-to-Haves).
Familiarity with legal tech, document processing, or data-heavy workflows (Nice-to-Haves).
