About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you’re entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue.
- Develop and execute strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value to Finch.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, identifying and maximizing growth potential.
- Create accurate and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, providing timely updates and escalations regarding customer relationships and account activity. This includes surfacing win-loss analysis and recommendations on key opportunities.
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in a B2B account management or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to identify and articulate value propositions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
