Product Operations

• Identify operational solutions to address product or UX bottlenecks
• Act as the first line of defense for our employers’ technical inquiries for Finch’s Assisted products, providing reactive support, troubleshooting issues, and offering best practices
• Build and maintain core security procedures and policies to ensure continual operational compliance
• Ensure we're processing workflows for our customers within established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to understand the product roadmap and the underlying operational requirements to reach key deadlines
• Independently manage and set clear deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects
• Set a high bar for execution, both in terms of quality and speed.
