About the role

  • Support recruitment and selection processes (screening, sourcing, contacting candidates, organizing stages)
  • Assist with interviews and ensure feedback is provided to candidates
  • Perform registrations and transactions in systems (Caju, payroll, benefits, etc.)
  • Organize hiring and termination documentation
  • Monitor vacation records, time and attendance, contracts, and employee data updates
  • Support the organization of onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure People team rituals and routines are running smoothly
  • Actively source candidates across different platforms
  • Map and identify talent aligned with Finaya's culture
  • Help structure the talent pipeline
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the recruitment process
  • Support culture, development, and performance initiatives
  • Help structure and improve internal processes
  • Use AI to organize data, structure documents, and automate repetitive tasks
  • Propose practical improvements to People operations

Requirements

  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Clear communication (written and verbal)
  • Quick thinking and fast learner
  • Generalist profile with a genuine interest in HR
  • Comfortable with technology and HR systems
  • Genuine desire to develop professionally in the field
  • Previous experience in HR or PeopleOps (not required)
  • Experience with sourcing/hunting or recruitment
  • Familiarity with AI tools
  • Interest in studying HR and technology trends
