Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in senior software engineering or technology leadership roles within enterprise environments
People management experience, leading large, distributed, and offshore engineering teams
Proven leadership in delivering SaaS and cloud-based platforms
Strong technical foundation, supported by a BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated expertise in data architecture, including data modelling, databases, data warehousing, ETL, and BI technologies
Track record of delivering software releases on time, on budget, and to quality
Ability to operate effectively across time zones
Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
Excellent communication and leadership skills
