About the role

  • Lead a team of AI engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Research, Design and implement GenAI solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (AI/ML focus preferred).
  • 7+ years in software development, including 2+ years in AI/ML/GenAI engineering.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Deep expertise in AI/ML with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI.
  • Track record of deploying GenAI solutions in production.
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with large-scale analytics and ML libraries.
  • Experience with modern AI frameworks and tools (e.g., LangGraph, MCP).
