About the role

  • Define intelligence processes and frameworks for competitive analysis.
  • Choose and implement CI platforms, data subscriptions, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc insights to stakeholders.
  • Include scope of operations such as competitor analysis and battlecards, win-loss reviews, benchmarking product capabilities and pricing strategies, and competitive positioning and GTM insights.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Suggest automation and best practices for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in Competitive Intelligence within Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Knowledge of Treasury & Capital Markets and competitor landscape (Murex, Calypso, FIS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with intelligence tools, data subscriptions, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Ability to turn competitive data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building from scratch.
