About the role

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for AI initiatives.
  • Technical Translation: Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications for data science and engineering teams.
  • Build vs Buy Analysis: Assess vendor solutions versus internal development for AI platforms and tools.
  • Solution Feasibility: Evaluate data readiness, integration points, and technical architecture for AI pilots.
  • Process Mapping: Document workflows and identify automation opportunities using AI.
  • Testing & Validation: Support UAT and performance testing for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for AI projects.
  • Governance Compliance: Ensure technical designs align with security, scalability, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years as a Technical Business Analyst or any other role with recent experience on deploying AI agents to corporate functions (Sales, Support, G&A etc.).
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts, Agentic AI, MCP, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Tools: Familiarity with basic Python, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, n8n.
  • Communication: Ability to bridge technical and business language effectively.
  • Mindset: self-driven, AI-evangelist, tech savy.
