About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate AI initiatives, including pilots and enterprise rollouts.
  • Analyze business processes across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to identify high-impact AI use cases.
  • Evaluate vendor solutions versus in-house development for AI platforms and tools.
  • Contribute to frameworks for AI ethics, compliance, and risk management.
  • Develop programs to educate stakeholders on AI capabilities and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Build ROI models and cost-benefit analyses for AI projects.
  • Define KPIs and monitor impact on efficiency, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies relevant to corporate functions.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Business Analysis, Strategy, or Digital Transformation, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (ML, NLP, GenAI) and their enterprise applications.
  • Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and business cases.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
