- Support our sales teams in insurance services by proactively calling existing customers and arranging appointments for our insurance advisors.
- Quickly identify customer needs and handle initial customer contact.
- Maintain constant communication with your team and contribute to continuous improvement and optimization.
- We are looking for motivated and communicative talents who love direct customer contact and are ready to excel in outbound sales!
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and some experience in telephone sales
- Positive demeanor and enjoyment of customer contact
- High commitment and motivation
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (min. C1)
