About the role

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparisons.
  • You guide customers from the initial contact through to contract conclusion and support them at every stage.
  • Through a thorough needs analysis you identify what customers truly need and help them find the optimal loan offer.
  • You help customers fulfil their needs without cold calling, as all leads have proactively provided their details to us.

Requirements

  • You have already gained initial experience in customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail sales).
  • You are a strong communicator and convince customers with your open and professional telephone manner.
  • You are highly reliable and demonstrate a committed work approach.
  • You are eager to develop professionally, bring strong motivation, and want to grow with us.
  • You are fluent in German, both spoken and written.
  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial or business-related vocational training.
