About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings so our sales execs can focus on closing deals
  • Make high volume of cold calls each day to prospects.
  • Grow Skematic’s market share by seeking out opportunities and converting prospects into qualified leads.
  • Set appointments for AE’s & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets
  • Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects.
  • Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A desire to make money for Skematic and themselves;
  • A track record of high achievement and the desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Self-starter mentality with an ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection daily.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The utmost professionalism, conducting yourself with a positive demeanor.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented work ethic, with strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role.
  • Experience working in Financial Services, RegTech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele.
