About the role
- Drive Regional Growth
- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy to grow assets under management, increase customer acquisition, and drive revenue across both business and development finance.
- Originate high-quality funding opportunities, targeting scaling SMEs, established mid-sized and established residential developers throughout the Munster region.
- Build Market Ecosystem & Network
- Develop a high-impact partner and referral network across accountants, CFOs, brokers, VCs, PEs, Corporate Finance advisors, and industry intermediaries.
- Cultivate strong relationships with developers, surveyors, real estate agents, and professional services firms in Cork and the broader Munster area.
- Enhance Brand & Market Presence
- Actively represent Financefair at industry events, panels, and networking forums to build brand awareness and credibility in the region.
- Collaborate on thought leadership, content, and local marketing initiatives to amplify Financefair’s presence in Munster.
- Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Partner with internal teams including Credit, Risk, Legal, and Revenue Operations to shape, structure, and deliver high-quality proposals and deals.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, deal performance, and market insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, commercial lending, or corporate finance
- Strong network and understanding of the Munster business and development landscape
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
