About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading all Retail Processing operations
Oversees end-to-end processing performance and drives operational strategy
Develops and executes operational strategies aligned with company growth goals
Identifies opportunities to improve cost, speed, quality, and borrower experience
Leads large-scale process improvement initiatives
Partners with IT and Product teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements
Utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps
Builds a high-performing, accountable, and scalable organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 12 years of related progressive experience in mortgage operations, with minimum 7 years in leadership roles
Experience leading large-scale loan processing operations
Proven ability to set strategic vision and translate business goals into executable operating plans
Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with underwriting, closing, funding, secondary marketing, and servicing
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulatory requirements
Demonstrated success establishing and enforcing service-level agreements (SLAs)
Advanced experience in operational reporting and analytics
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies
Strong people leadership experience
