Key responsibilities & impact

Leads the strategy, development, delivery, and optimization of customer-facing digital platforms, applications, and experiences
Drives measurable improvements in customer acquisition, funnel conversion, and overall customer experience outcomes
Establishes performance objectives, operational metrics, and accountability standards
Implements AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve productivity and delivery velocity
Develops and executes engineering transformation roadmaps
Builds and maintains a high-performance engineering culture
Partners with Product Management leadership
Communicates technology initiatives, organizational performance, and business outcomes clearly
Evaluates emerging technologies for competitive advantage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 15 years of progressive technology and software engineering experience
At least 8 years in senior engineering leadership roles
Demonstrated success leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives within financial services or fintech
Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes through technology
Strong knowledge of modern software development methodologies, cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and digital product delivery frameworks
Demonstrated expertise in implementing AI, generative AI, and machine learning technologies within enterprise environments
Experience developing and executing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
Ability to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards applicable to financial services organizations.
