About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assists in increasing new partner approvals for assigned Wholesale Account Executive
Assists in maintaining existing relationships with approved partners
Improves number of brokers closing loans
Provides education to new partners on Reverse Mortgages
Works directly with Underwriting on potential new borrower scenarios
Assists in training new partners on the company LOS systems
Assists in structuring new loans with partners
Educates and assists partners in calculating Broker Compensation and Origination Fees
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years sales/operations experience in the reverse mortgage industry
Well organized and experienced with supporting a sales group
Able to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects
Self-starter, able to work independently
Ability to problem solve and handle complex customer calls
Ability to handle a minimum of 70 emails and/or phone messages a day
Excellent time management skills
Strong verbal communication skills
Reversevision Software is preferred
