About the role
- Responsible for writing user stories, facilitating agile concepts, and ensuring each sprint release meets business needs
- Collaborates with product, design, and technology leaders to translate roadmaps into organized backlog with user stories
- Facilitates agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, and retros
- Owns and maintains an efficient backlog
- Conducts acceptance testing and provides early feedback to development teams
- Works with various teams to communicate releases and potential impacts
- Analyzes market trends and feedback for product improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a product owner, customer support, project management or other related function
- Experience balancing competing priorities
- Experience facilitating cross-functional groups
- Familiarity with common project management and knowledge management tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with software development lifecycle using agile methodologies
- Ability to earn and maintain trust of stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
