About the role
- Responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies that drive engagement, referrals, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversees the development and delivery of targeted multi-channel campaigns, such as email, SMS, direct mail, and digital, using CRM platforms and analytics to ensure personalized, impactful communication.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into effective customer journeys aligned with brand strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Analyzes email and customer data to identify opportunities for improving inbox placement and engagement, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manages the Email and SMS channel calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling, coordination, and timely deployment of all communications.
- Tracks campaign performance and proactively recommends optimizations to campaign and strategy teams.
- Owns CRM campaign execution, ensuring all communications meet Finance of America’s brand, compliance, and quality standards.
- Designs, implements, and analyzes A/B tests to continuously enhance key campaign performance metrics.
- Stays ahead of CRM and Reverse Mortgage industry trends and technologies to identify opportunities to initiate and lead improvement projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing CRM campaigns, preferably across email, SMS, and other digital channels.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, including segmentation, targeting, and list management.
- Project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities, supported by strong presentation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of email and SMS marketing best practices, deliverability standards, and compliance with CAN-SPAM and related regulations.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights clearly and persuasively.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate independently with initiative and accountability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
