About the role

  • Review written communication to ensure compliance with FINRA requirements and prevent non-compliant actions.
  • Review user transaction documents as per guidelines by supervising attorneys and compliance officers.
  • Assist in compliance Due Diligence and KYC/AML-related tasks.
  • Review marketing materials to ensure adherence to Finalis’ guidelines.
  • Support account management teams in structuring legal and compliance solutions.
  • Be a point of contact for users on legal and compliance materials.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common legal and compliance questions.
  • Research and respond to inquiries from FINRA, the SEC, and regulators.
  • Support the digital transformation of legal and compliance functions.
  • Provide feedback on improving legal and compliance operations.
  • Successfully pass the FINRA SIE + S82 + S24 exams within the first year.
  • Maintain the Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Execute Operations Team.
  • Employ English communication skills.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in compliance-related roles.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Google workspace experience
  • Systems thinker and evaluate opportunities for efficiency
  • Ability to work swiftly with urgency under shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter, quick learner, detailed, able to work independently and highly organized
  • Flexible, patient, persistent with a team spirit attitude
  • Demonstrated experience in U.S. compliance (Bonus)
  • Demonstrated experience with digital transformation processes (Bonus)
