About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-driven solutions applied to the healthcare sector, aligning with FinX's strategic objectives.
Translate business, regulatory, and clinical requirements into technical specifications and clear user stories for engineering and data teams.
Collaborate with Data Science/ML teams to assess feasibility, performance, and risks of AI models applied to the product.
Conduct market and user research (healthcare professionals, patients, health plan operators) to validate product hypotheses.
Define success metrics, monitor KPIs, and run experiments (A/B tests) to inform product decisions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices (data privacy, LGPD, information security) in solution development.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and regulatory/compliance areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience (5+ years) in Product Management/Specialist roles, preferably with digital products that include artificial intelligence components.
Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts (predictive models, NLP, automation) and how to apply them to product solutions — coding models is not required, but understanding capabilities, limitations, and trade-offs is essential.
Experience or solid knowledge of the healthcare sector (supplementary health, healthtechs, hospitals, health plan operators, or pharmaceuticals), including understanding care pathways, regulation (ANS, LGPD), and industry dynamics.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product management tools (Jira, Productboard, Figma, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in product metrics and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
