About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Map processes and identify pain points: understand at a high level the client's operational processes and surgical journey, identifying challenges and opportunities.
  • Design solutions: configure the Fin-X platform for each client/cluster context, proposing solutions aligned with both business objectives and the product's capabilities.
  • Present and advocate for the solution: conduct demonstrations, executive presentations and technical proposals for clients and partners, including structuring proofs of concept (POCs) when necessary.
  • Ensure technical and deployment feasibility: validate the solution's feasibility and size the required effort, ensuring that what is sold can be implemented without blocking the Projects team.
  • Evaluate economic viability (BP): build the solution viability analysis using the area's standard instruments, with methodological support from the Finance team.
  • Standardize recurring solutions: contribute to the creation of solution blueprints by client cluster, accelerating standard sales design and increasing the area's scalability.
  • Act as a bridge: translate client needs into clear technical requirements for Product, Projects and Technology teams, and feed back platform evolution opportunities to Product.
  • Orchestrate demand intake: manage the flow from initial signal (Commercial, CS, account management, partners) to the handoff to Commercial (quote/close), Projects (implement) or Product (assess/deliver).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience: solid experience (approximately 5+ years) in solution design/architecture, pre-sales, solution consulting or technology implementation, having independently managed complex accounts and/or projects with executive-level interlocution.
  • Hybrid and relationship-oriented profile: ability to move between executive-level client and partner interactions and the technical detailing of the solution.
  • Business acumen: understand client objectives and commercial models to propose solutions that generate value, clearly communicating return and economic viability (ROI).
  • Technical knowledge: experience with SaaS solutions, systems integration (APIs), BPM and process modeling; understanding of solution architecture.
  • Communication and consultative mindset: able to listen, structure requirements clearly and influence different stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and cross-coverage between fronts.
  • Organization and discipline: ability to manage calendar, multiple stakeholders and concurrent fronts while keeping clarity of priorities and responsibility for deliveries.
  • Ownership and autonomy: proactive attitude to drive topics end-to-end, propose approaches, take initiative and make things happen without relying on constant direction.
  • Advanced use of AI: familiarity with and regular use of artificial intelligence tools for research, structuring reasoning, designing alternatives, productivity gains and supporting solution development, while maintaining critical judgment about responses and decisions.
  • Education: bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. Certifications in project management or methodologies are a plus.
