About the role
- Triage of incoming requests, routing tickets to the appropriate team or queue
- Handling tickets for account/login creation and clarifying user inquiries
- Deep understanding of the platform, its features, and expected behavior in response to requests
- Chat support for both medical secretaries and physicians
- Monitoring Business Intelligence (BI) for data analysis and process optimization
- Participation in regular meetings with clients
- Presenting and validating solutions with clients
- Creating releases for platform updates and improvements
- Continuous development of knowledge about the platform
Requirements
- University degree in progress (preferred)
- Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer support
- Previous experience in the hospital/healthcare sector (preferred)
