About the role

  • Triage of incoming requests, routing tickets to the appropriate team or queue
  • Handling tickets for account/login creation and clarifying user inquiries
  • Deep understanding of the platform, its features, and expected behavior in response to requests
  • Chat support for both medical secretaries and physicians
  • Monitoring Business Intelligence (BI) for data analysis and process optimization
  • Participation in regular meetings with clients
  • Presenting and validating solutions with clients
  • Creating releases for platform updates and improvements
  • Continuous development of knowledge about the platform

Requirements

  • University degree in progress (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience in customer support
  • Previous experience in the hospital/healthcare sector (preferred)
