About the role

  • Deeply understand the vision, objectives and priorities defined by the PM
  • Translate strategic guidelines into clear features, flows and requirements
  • Conduct functional discovery based on hypotheses and direction from the PM
  • Interact with customers, implementation and operations teams to understand real pain points
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes
  • Design the solution in Figma
  • Create clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements
  • Detail user stories with objective acceptance criteria
  • Serve as the product’s functional reference / subject-matter expert for technical teams
  • Lead refinements and support tactical backlog planning
  • Work closely with implementation and Customer Success teams
  • Ensure the designed solution is implementable and aligned with real-world processes

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products of medium to high complexity
  • Experience in critical or regulated operational environments
  • Strong ability to design functional solutions
  • Proficiency in Figma (wireframes, flows, functional prototypes)
  • Clear, structured writing of requirements and user stories
  • Ability to organize complex business rules
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
  • Experience in healthcare (hospitals, payers, clinics)
  • Knowledge of surgical processes, billing, OPME (surgical implants and specialized materials) or physician reimbursement
  • Experience with products integrated with ERPs / HIS (Hospital Information Systems)
  • Familiarity with integrations and APIs (functional perspective)
