About the role
- Develop, maintain, and evolve Power BI dashboards and reports focused on strategic and operational metrics.
- Work with Power BI Embedded, supporting the integration of dashboards into the company’s products and platforms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve business processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare sector processes, especially surgical workflow, appointment scheduling, operational capacity, and clinical performance.
- Design and optimize data pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.
- Use Python for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making.
- Support the definition and monitoring of KPIs and OKRs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance optimization, and visualization).
- Knowledge of Power BI Embedded.
- Experience using Python for data analysis and processing.
- Knowledge of data extraction, processing, and manipulation (ETL/ELT).
- Analytical skills and critical thinking to understand business rules and processes.
- Experience or strong interest in the healthcare sector.
- Good communication skills to translate technical data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
