About the role
- Conduct in-person visits to prospects across Campinas and surrounding cities.
- Present the company's solution in a consultative and strategic manner.
- Identify new business opportunities in the hospital sector.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Meet the company's new business targets.
- Attend healthcare industry events and trade shows when required.

Requirements
- Proven experience selling technology to hospitals or healthcare institutions.
- Hands-on, action-oriented profile with strong in-person sales skills.
- Availability for frequent travel within Campinas and the surrounding region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization and discipline to manage schedules and a portfolio of prospects.
- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Prior experience selling software or technology solutions for healthcare (preferred).
- Experience with complex B2B sales processes (preferred).
