About the role

  • You manage the operational implementation of our marketing roadmap
  • You coordinate timelines, deadlines and stakeholders (internal teams, freelancers, agencies)
  • You keep everything on track and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • You provide hands-on support in content creation: whether newsletters, social media copy, website copy or presentations
  • You manage our marketing assets and brief graphic designers or content creators
  • You prepare decision memos and presentations for the executive team
  • You support the CEO and Marketing Lead on strategic projects and handle preparation and follow-up for key meetings
  • You work closely with our data experts and external freelancers

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Business Administration or similar)
  • Some practical experience, ideally in a dynamic environment (startup, agency, consultancy)
  • Strong project management skills: you enjoy tools like Notion and can maintain an overview across multiple concurrent projects
  • Affinity for content: you are confident writing copy in German and have an eye for design (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus)
  • Proficient with Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
