Chief of Staff

• You independently manage projects and/or work in close coordination with your primary sparring partner Lena (CVO & Co‑Founder) and the following teams: HR & Recruiting, Veterinary Excellence, Regional Management, and the Founding team
• Occasional multi‑day travel required, particularly to support the setup of new locations and for in‑person meetings with existing clinics
• Together with Lena, you are responsible for leading our recruiting efforts
• You support the HR Operations team and the Veterinary Excellence team, ensuring that medical initiatives are implemented accurately and on time
• You prepare data, recruiting KPIs, and clinical topics into clear decision‑making documents
