About the role
- Partner with the executive team on strategic and operational decisions
- Own executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and recurring business reviews
- Build and maintain models for forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis
- Work across Content, Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to evaluate performance, efficiency, and opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning in the absence of a dedicated finance team
- Turn open-ended leadership questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the company
- Help maintain a shared source of truth for leadership reporting and decision-making
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives that need clarity and follow-through
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in business operations, analytics, finance, strategy, or similar roles
- Experience working directly with executives on important business decisions
- Strong analytical foundation (spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or similar)
- Comfort building models, dashboards, and narratives from imperfect data
- Ability to operate independently with limited direction
- Clear written and verbal communication, especially for leadership audiences
- Experience in high-growth or scaling companies
