About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the scheduling, creation coordination, and publishing of content across all social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and posting cadence
- Perform ongoing updates to the company website including product information, promotional content, and general content management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between our facility and corporate or HQ marketing teams, routing approvals, assets, and deliverables efficiently
- Coordinate with creative vendors, printers, photographers, and other external partners to execute marketing materials on time and on budget
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade show participation including booth coordination, materials, travel arrangements, and on-site brand representation
- Attend trade shows and industry events as a company representative, engaging with customers, partners, and prospects on behalf of the brand
- Track and report on basic marketing metrics across digital channels and events to inform future activity
- Support the sales team with marketing collateral, product one-pagers, and customer-facing materials as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and consistency across all customer-facing touchpoints
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of hands-on marketing execution experience — content, events, digital, or a combination
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing attention to detail
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content scheduling tools
- Comfortable with basic website content management systems
- Strong written communication skills — you can write clear, on-brand copy without extensive oversight
- Experience coordinating trade shows, expos, or industry events from logistics through on-site execution
- Vendor and third-party communication experience — you manage external relationships professionally and follow through
- Automotive aftermarket, specialty coatings, or related industry experience is a meaningful advantage
- Self-directed and resourceful — you find solutions and move forward rather than waiting for direction
- Collaborative and personable — you represent the company well both internally and externally
