About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and document functional specifications based on user needs
Create clear and actionable mockups and user stories
Collaborate daily with the development team to ensure accurate implementation
Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to define and refine the OpenCTI product roadmap
Support customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Customer Success) in understanding and leveraging OpenCTI features
Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points to shape future functionalities
Define scenarios to address specific use cases in OpenCTI
Contribute to the improvement and animation of our product management methodologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience, including, 3+ years of experience in Incident Response/Case management (CSIRT/CERT, CTI, SOC)
Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear features and functional requirements
Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative mindset
Experience working in fast pace growth environment, start up, scale up for instance
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity
Comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots, etc.) to improve workflows and productivity
Strong communication skills
Fluent in English
Bonus: Previous experience working on a cybersecurity product or open-source ecosystem.
