Requirements
- 7 + years of professional software engineering or infrastructure management experience, including team leadership.
- Strong project management skills and SRE/FedRAMP/Security-minded leadership
- Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that hit ambitious goals.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform —or eagerness to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with Incident Management Processes and Workflows
- Passion for continuous learning, clear communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.
