About the role
- Build deep understanding of enterprise file transfer/automation workflows and guide product decisions
- Maintain an active view of competitor products and differentiation
- Translate strategy into a sequenced roadmap and drive execution
- Produce clear, structured documentation
- Coordinate releases across teams and ensure go-to-market readiness
- Use customer feedback to iterate quickly and improve usability
Requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise file transfer/automation workflows (security, compliance, integrations, reliability)
- Deep understanding of competitors' products, patterns, pricing/packaging, and positioning
- Strong product documentation skills
- Ability to work with engineering and design teams
- Experience in making tradeoffs explicit and keeping teams aligned
