About the role
- Administer the IT infrastructure
- Perform installation, configuration, hardening, and ensure operational maintenance
- Enforce the company's security policy
- Participate in overall IT infrastructure management
- Prevent and troubleshoot network outages
- Ensure the security of the company's network
- Handle user support requests
- Manage, install, and maintain the IT equipment and hardware inventory
Requirements
- Hold at least a Bac+2 (BTS/DUT) equivalent degree in IT and networking
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Systems and Network Administrator role
- Client-oriented: good listening skills, ability to explain, and propose solutions
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Team player
- Strong attention to detail
