About the role
- Lead enablement for strategic partners
- Coordinate communication across partner teams (sales, ops, and Figure’s internal team)
- Create and manage partner-specific workflows, materials, and updates
- Track usage and performance; identify gaps and drive increased volume
- Support and troubleshoot the partner application lifecycle; recover stalled deals
- Escalate issues and coordinate resolutions with internal Figure teams
- Pull reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights to partner leadership
- Maintain clean documentation, notes, and communication in Salesforce
- Handle partner questions, feedback, and follow-ups with clarity and professionalism
Requirements
- 3+ years in strategic account management, partner success, enterprise customer enablement, or a similar role
- Experience working with large national partners, retailers, lenders, or SaaS platforms
- Strong presentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Comfortable managing complex workflows across multiple departments
- Able to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple high-visibility relationships
